how sensitive is the wifi receiver?? All my other devices in my house can connect with no problem except the 720, it seems that I need to be very close to the wifi antenna for it to work..

My 720 connects OK 20-feet from the WIFI but it doesn't like to be too close to my big laptop. I put the 720 on top of the closed up laptop and that sucks or blocks most of the signal. Three feet from the laptop and the 720 is happy.

Good luck!

thanks for the reply. My router is in my work shop which is about 100 feet from the house, I have in the house a repeater or some call an extender to extend the range for the devices that I have in the house. Every wireless device in the house works great except the 720. I can be 3 feet from the repeater and it will not down load at all. That seems to be a bit off to me. The range that you have described is not working for me..

Hi Steve,

You should be getting better performance than you are reporting.. Can you give customer support a call so we can come up with a solution? If your WiFi receiver is broken, we will address that as soon as possible... I am here 9am to 5pm central time weekdays.
