Distance rings

I can't find any way to change the color or opacity of the distance rings around my plane. They're currently faint grey which makes them hard to see sitting in my living room, and impossible to see in the plane. 740b, updated, rings set as fixed, screen full bright day mode.

Are you talking about the rings as you drag the map away from the airplane?

I mean the rings around the airplane that tell me how far I am from things - like the airport, for example.

Brolin: Menu > Setup > Map Settings > Distance Rings, then choose "Fixed", and you'll see what he's talking about (though you may have to look hard, like he says).
