I upgraded to the iFly 740 with the iFly Streets option in January via your pre-purchase program.

I have been using it since and it works great - the aviation part is definitely a step up from the 720 but the street navigation seemed to be a step backward from the version I had on my 720.

Today I went onto the Naviextras site to see if there were any updates and discovered that the map version I received with the 740 was from Q4 2013! On a product I purchased in Jan and didn't receive until April 2015!

To say I was a bit disappointed would be an understatement - especially since I had upgraded my 720 with iFly Streets map in late 2014 with a 2014 map.

When I purchased the iFly Streets on the 700 it had a "free latest map guarantee" so that I could do a one-time download of the latest map. This doesn't seem to have that.

Am I missing something here? I received a new 740 in April that has a map from 2013 and can't get a free upgrade to the latest map???

While I love my 740 I am not happy with this at all.

P.S. As a point of interest, they do not even list the 740 as a supported product on their web site, only the 700 and 720.
