Hi guys

I was updating my new Ifly 700 and present some troubles. Step by step that I did:

Login in the page, activated my suscription and downloaded Ifly Connect.

I downloaded an Update Package for complete VFR and IFR charts in my SD card.

So far, everything ok.

I turned on my device, looking for updates and the next message appears "The update file is not intended for this device. Remove the USB Flash Drive and press OK to continue" fail number one.

I said maybe a problem with the download, I will run the Ifly connect for the update, Did It, appears "Your data subscription expired on 09/02/2014. Would you like to renew now?" How can be that possible if I just activated my suscription two days ago.

Checking on page, the suscription right now have 58 days remaining.

So I decided write to the support and by this way, I don`t know If I`m doing some wrong, is my first GPS and offer my apologizes in advance if that was a resolved case before.

Thanks in advance for your help in my case. (Sorry for my english too, in mostly case is not good)

Have a nice weekend.

Hi Lino,

Sorry you are having this trouble. It sounds like there is a mismatch with your serial number; either the serial we have on your account is wrong, or the serial imbedded into the license on your device is wrong. If you touch Menu / About / Version & Contact - your Device ID should match the # printed on the back of your unit. If not, the best way to resolve this is to call our support desk, 888-200-5129, and we'll get this fixed. We're a bit short-handed this week, so please leave a message if you get VM and we'll get back with you.

Thanks,

Walter
