iFly 720 Firmware Update

I'm having a problem with a firmaware update my 720 (series FL13). I have the firmware update .zip file downloaded (for OS 1.0.1.16), per the instructions, to a freshly formatted flash drive. The problem is that with the flashdrive firmly seated and the "Update" button is touched, the the 720 alert message says "Can not find the program." When, according to the instructions, the next step is to choose to "Update from USB Drive?"

Stumped and Shane is off until Monday.

Hi Bob,

That error message sounds like your SD card has been removed from your iFly. Can you confirm it's still firmly seated in there? You will need both the SD and the USB flash drive inserted.

I may or may not have had my beta SD card installed. Just to be sure, I installed may production SD card and started the process from step one. The firmware update was successful.
