Hi Brian and all,
I am attempting to update to latest Beta S/W, and I am getting an "unable, device is write protected" message. The obvious things have been checked. Could my sd card be bad?
Thanks for your help,
Greg

Greg, are you using how are you trying to update? iFly Connect? If so, first make sure your little switch is in the right place on your SD card. (That may be what you meant by "obvious things have been checked"). Presume so, the problem might be youre SD reader.. Make sure it's SDHC compatible. And you can try blowing out any dust that might be in there if you have an air can or compressor. Or you can try a different reader.

Walter, I was able to update via iFlyconnect the previous day. I will try cleaning. Also, the previous day I downloaded .20b and the 720 "locked up" at the iFly home page. Could not get into navigation using any method, so at that point I went back to production s/w. This was an attempt to try again at the beta s/w.

Walter, all is well now. I used a different card reader and was able to complete the update.
Thanks for your help.
