Left a message for the support folks but hopefully might get a faster response here since I'm sitting at the computer right now. I have an activation code for a subscription I purchased from Shane earlier this year. I logged into my account to be told my subscriptions has expired as expected. But there's no place to put this activation code! It tells me that there is already an active device on my account and if I want to activate another one I have to create a new email!?!? Any attempt to acquire a subscription takes me to the shopping page where I would have to buy ANOTHER subscription! This makes NO sense at all!

Jon, I'm catching up on orphaned threads saw you never got a response. I hope our support guys got you taken care of. Sorry for the trouble we'll be improving this process as soon as possible.

Yes. Ed was able to resolve it very quickly that same day on the phone. It was a one off rare situation as I had a previous ifly from a couple of years ago and bought a new one recently.
