Hi Jim,

I'm not unduly worried about it. Particularly less so now that I'm inclined to agree with Walter that it's very unlikely to be an early symptom of my 720 hardward going belly-up.

It is however a bit annoying when I'm zooming in specifically to try to enlarge some detail (some terrain height number, etc) that happens to be on that lower piece of screen.
And if as you say it's a quirk that's common to close zoom in or to one sectional, I'd like to see it somewhere on iFly's fix-this list.... even if not at the top of the list.

I suspect this is a quirk (bug) with our logic that is deciding when to re-query & re-paint a sectional on the screen. If it's what I suspect, panning around (several inces worth of panning) should force a repaint. This layer, and all the logic associated, has been rewritten for our Seamless Charts feature (coming soon!). I'm guessing we won't have the same bug in that feature...but if it shows up in that version we'll address it.

Thanks,
Walter

I`ll try the panning trick if it happens again, and try to remember to report back.
FWIW: At this point the glitch is sort of reproducible sometimes.
The one thing that is clear is it only happens on highest level of zoom and reverts to normal if I zoom out.

Not a big issue.
