I am likely overlooking the simple but I have not been able to post a picture when doing a Reply or Edit!
When creating a New Topic, I have no troubles using the Browse, Upload, and Place Inline:
But when in Reply or Edit, these tools are not present!
I tried to use the 'Picture/Edit Image' icon of the Rich Text Editor but could not find the right combination that would work.
In that case I used a web host that provides these options:
