Would it be possible to develop a program that would transfer Streets from one SD card to another? Some way to delete it from the old SD card, and at the same time reassign it to the other, presumably larger, card?

Maybe something via iFly Connect where the Streets program from the old card is uploaded to the iFly server, then the new card is inserted and the Streets progrm modified on the server and loaded onto the card? That way the software would be completely under the control of iFly, and there'd no danger of multiple Streets programs. Or is this something that, while possible, would be far too complex/time consuming to be practical?

Mike,

Possible, yes. Practicle, TBD. We've worked with our Co-Developer and they are not that open to doing so. They need us to use their licensing tool to binde it to the SD card. That could get pretty complex and time consuming to integrate all parties for the very few that need the larger card. With that said, we will continue to look into this and possible remedies. Thanks for your ideas and have a great week.

I have 3 SD Cards, one 8 G and two 4 G's. The 8 G card has Streets on it. I carry it in the plane glove box to use with rental cars. I never update this card. The other 2 cards I swap out so I carry an updated card to the airport with me. When using the Streets card, another step is required on boot up.

It has been a good while since I used Streets because I use my iPhone map app now which is a better driving aid that is updated often. Does Streets get updated?
