Shane,

I just want to confirm that to replace my lost wire, I would find one where both ends use the same OD/ID you specified earlier. Hardwiring will be a project for another day.

Yes, the female end would be found with the same spec.

At the risk of adding to the confusion instead of clarifying it, I think Tom's original question got complicated by dogbreath's unrelated question and Shane and Tom are now talking past each other.

Shane, Tom is looking to simply replace the cable that originally came with his external battery. If it's the same setup as the one that came with the battery I ordered last month, that cable has two male connectors of different sizes.

That cable is not listed as an individual item for sale on your website. Can you sell that cable to Tom individually, or does it only come with the battery?

Cobra, thanks for that, I just noticed that too. You are a true asset to this forum. Thanks for your watchful eye.

The OEM battery cord does have different plug sized. This is to keep the In and the Out identifiable. If you are needing the OEM Battery Cable, just order it from us, I think with only get $3.00 and that is shipped to your door. You can drive out and get on for that.

The original questions of needing the email side of what the iFly 720 12V plug is the same. However the opposite end of the Battery cable, the tip small than the iFly end is a 2.5mm ID x 1.3mm ID. Basically the battery cord (cord that goes between the Battery and the iFly) has two different size tips. The iFly end is 3.5mm OD x 1.3mm ID and the Battery end it 2.5mm OD x 1.3mm ID.

I hope this helps clear it up and sorry for any confusion that may have happened.

Cobra,

I didn't mean to create any confusion...I understood what he wanted but I never saw where he ask ed Shane if he could buy it from Ifly.... even if Ifly didn't offer the cable, the support group there would have made and sold him one... hence, my statement "buy it from ifly"

Shane, if you can sell me a cable, I'll just order it from you. What is the best way to do that since they aren't in your online shop?

Thanks everyone for your help.

All is well everyone. I found my cable in a nook (or was it a cranny?). St. Anthony came through again.

Thanks again everyone.

Tom
