You would connect the bare wires to the power source (12-24v battery or DC fused buss). It is recommended that you put a fuse into the line, 1-2amp will be more than sufficient. The plug end would go directly into the iFly DC in plug.

Shane,

I just want to confirm that to replace my lost wire, I would find one where both ends use the same OD/ID you specified earlier. Hardwiring will be a project for another day.

Yes, the female end would be found with the same spec.

I am having zero luck finding a wire (chord) with a male and female end on the same wire. Any other ideas? Do you know if the vendor that makes them sells spares?
