Thanks Shane, I'll try and remember to check the signal strength the next time I see this. However, whenever I've checked signal strength it is showing all the bars lit - I just didn't verify this on the last leg of my flight. The unit is mounted with a ram mount on the glare shield of an RV-9A, so it has an unobstructed view of the sky. FWIW, I can usually get a decent signal anywhere but in my hanger. Even at home, inside the house, if I'm close to a window I'll get a good or better signal.

I've got to say, the iFly GPS has been one of my best aviation purchases to date.

That is great to hear, I'm glad you are enjoying your iFly. Keep us posted if you see the ETA flashing again, especially if you confirm it has a good GPS signal at that same time. Have a great weekend.
