Jerry,

Can you look and see what Software Version you are running? Menu, About, Version and Contact. Make sure you have the 7.6.7 version. In an earlier version we were not showing the traffic outside of your "Alert Area", but people wanted to see everything, so it was added.

I've tested the ADS-B In and In/Out scenario and they show the same traffic, provided the TIS-B has been activated by the Transciever. If you are using ADSB Out, then you should be seeing it all. I suspect you may be running an older software version. Keep us posted as to your software version.

Good deal. Make sure you have the ADS-B out turned on wiith whatever device you are using. The SkyRadar D2 is only a receiver. If there is not an ADS-B Out device around to wake up the TIS-B tower, you'll only seen the Air-to-Air (ADS-B Out and 1090ES) traffic. You won't see and of the TIS-B traffic from the ground tower. Hope this helps.

I have ADSB out with my Trig TT31 transponder extended squitter. I can see me on everything except the iFly. Still trying to figure this one out. It sends TIS information that I can see on my GRT as well as being my ADSB out device.

The iFly attempts to filter out non-threat traffic that is broadcast, but I wonder if that feature is masking a possible problem. I am currently on a trip to Utah with a flight of 4 other experimental air craft. That route took us directly over St. Louis at 12.5k feet without a single peep from the 720 about traffice. My buddies' iPads were all singing out nearby traffic, and it was discomforting that I couldn't reconcile what I was seeing with the iFly display. It would be helpful if we could configure the traffic bubble size - including a disable for the filter that let's you see all being broadcast.
