Some times when I start the GPS 720, I see a screen warning me that my some of my data files are out of date. Down on the bottom is a button that takes you to detailed display of all your files and what's installed and what's out of date. It covers all of the maps... sectional, TAC, airport diagrams, etc. You can delete files that are out of your flying range or you can take notes on things that not installed that you may want to include on the next update.

This is a very helpful function. How can I get there directly without rolling the dice on whether the warning screen is presented?

Thanks for the great enhancements in 7.6.5

Brain,

Once you've entered the Nav program, you can touch Menu -> About -> Chart Expirations. There you can select the chart type and choose to delete or view the expired charts. The ACK page typically only pops up once a day. I hope this helps.

Thanks Shane,

Sorry, I should have found that myself.
