No beta improvements or anything for 146 days?

I thought you might work on glide rings.

AP has built a nice house here, but now they're building a nicer one next door. They don't plan on knocking the first house down, but it's probably unrealistic to expect them to split off any of the folks currently working on the new house to come add a room to the first one.

This is a very good analogy - In other words, if you like the features of the Ifly and especially the 740, use it. Just don't expect much, if any, further development in this platform

Your comparison is interesting, but those features that should work ,but don't,like tfrs's, are too important

Beta is for testing specific things on specific builds, on specific hardware. This is all a normal part of software development. There will be a sizeable update in the future, but I don't have exact patchnotes as to what will be included, and I'm not a dev, so I can't give an accurate timetable. I do know that Walter & co have been hard at work making an amazing internal build for EFB, and that there is an update for GPS coming.
