Actually, no. AP is no longer actively monitoring these forums or responding to user feedback here. (Notice that the "Forum" link is no longer present under the Support heading at the top of this website.) In fact, there is some work being done to transition these user forums to a new platform and support paradigm that's taking some of their attention.
AP's also been pretty busy the last few weeks with Sun-n-Fun support (though I never did hear where they ended up down there).
Have you tried submitting a bug report from inside iFly? That should go directly to someone at the company who will look at it. That's probably the best way to get their attention right now. (If you include a pointer to the forum thread in your bug report, that might draw their attention to it.)
