That is not an iFly issue, that is a Google Play issue. The Play app on your tablet is auto-updating your apps, including iFly. You can turn that feature off, but then none of your apps will be updated automatically -- you will have to manually update them individually. (Or, easier: choose Update All then find iFly in the list before it gets updated, and click the "X" next to it so it doesn't update.)
Do a Google search for how to turn off automatic updates.
With the current Play Store app: to manually update apps: bring up the Play Store app, touch the icon in the upper right corner that represents you (probably is a small round picture of you), then choose "Manage apps & device". In that screen will be "Updates Available". Choose that, and then "Update All", then "Details" and you will see a list of apps it's starting to update. "X"-out iFly so it doesn't update.
With the older Play app, there's a 3-line menu icon (I think in the upper left). Touch that, choose "My Apps" (I think), then I think it brings up a list of apps and gives you an Update All button to push.
A solution with side-effects, but again, not an iFly issue.
