Multiple times now, when I've renamed an existing flight plan that has data (waypoints), then the data is wiped out.  When I load the newly renamed flight plan there's nothing in it.  This has happened on my Android tablet, and on my Windows PC.  Anyone else seen this?

Thank you for posting this issue.

There was a critical defect for renaming flight plans that existed in version 10.0, but was fixed in 10.1.  Have you upgraded to v10.1?

The procedure I'm doing is the following:
1. Flight Plan -> Tap on Name at top -> Edit Flight Plan Name,  then "Save/Load => Save current plan" .. this works for me.
2. AND, "Flight Plan -> Save/Load -> Save As => change the name"  also works for me.

My tests confirm that this bug was fixed in 10.1.

If have already upgraded to version 10.1, and this issue is still happening for you, please reproduce it one more time, and then do "Menu => About => Send Bug Report" so that I can see the log and look for causes.

Yes, both the PC and Android tablet are at 10.1.23.

Sent you a bug report from the tablet.

Here's the scenario: start a flight plan from scratch by entering two waypoints, click Save/Load, click Save Current Plan (let it default to the system-chosen name), click on Save; clear the flight plan; choose Load Plan, select the new plan, instead of clicking on Load instead click on Rename, type new name, click on Rename; select newly named flight plan, click on Load -- nothing there in the flight plan now.

Worked OK for me on iPad.  But it didn't really rename it, it just made a copy with the new name.  I may not be doing it correctly.

EDIT: You're right.  When I just try to rename, it thinks I'm trying to create a new flight plan.

Hook, thank you so much for finding this bug.  I will fix it for 10.2.

The way to work around this is to load the flight plan, and from flight plan form, tap the name box, and select "Edit Name..." and then save it.. it'll change the name for you, as expected.

But as you said, "rename" from the "Load plan" form is broken.  This will be fixed for 10.2, thanks to you.
