Garmin GTX345

We're wanting to upgrade our cockpit to ADSB in/out. We were considerin gthe Garmin GDL 88 but, with the advent of the new Garmin xponder, the GTX 345 - https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/in-the-air/general-aviation/transponders/gtx-345/prod140949.html - we're leaning that way.

Any clue as to whether iFly will interface with it?

Currently, the iFly GPS will not integrate with the Garmin. We've reached out to the Garmin development team before on the GDL39 and they stated they would not integrate with non-Garmin products. They may be changing their stance some, I'll reach out to them again. If we can simply get the un-encrypted GDL90 message, it's downhill from there. Please stay tuned, I'll reach out to this this week.

I've not made any real progress with Garmin, still the same story. Dynon and Aspen however, are a bit different story as I've got our foot in the door for integration.

I'm hoping to leverage that with Garmin to get them to reconsider. It is a disservice to Garmin customers to not support outside development, but that's what they've been doing for years.
