Those are hard to see. Maybe Brian can come up with something that is easier to see but not something to be confused with the centerline depiction.

Tony, what you're seeing is about what I'm seeing at the 37m scale. The red/white sectors are pretty easy to see (for me anyway), but the green gets lost. The red lines show up clearly and I can easily pick out the centerline - but honestly I do much better by just looking out the window to line on final.

I think his point is knowing if it's right or left traffic before he gets close to the airport so he can plan his approach, etc.

Yes, that's what I like about the extended runways, more for positioning for the 45 degree pattern entry. Another option for depicting left or right traffic might be to shade or crosshatch the wing on that side. Then we could all fly to the dark side for pattern entry.

Mark, thank you for bringing this to my attention! Those are fainter than they should be, esp. for VFR when zoomed out.

I have added it to my list for v9.6 to address this issue.
