Brian, please make these fixes something we can turn on and off. The VFR charts should be maintained in their published format IMHO. They are already cluttered enough. Secondly, we have the approach charts that can be overlaid that contain all of these fixes. We don't need them displayed twice. Thanks.

Is that in some beta version or the current general Android release? I am not seeing fixes on the vector map no matter how zoomed in I am. Or, are fixes only displayed with the IFR version of iFly?

But I just noticed something else. Whilst on the vector screen I press the Map Mode on the bottom. I see "Vector" selected (that's good!) and in my case I see Obstructions, Terrain Highlights, Nexrad (1min) and METAR/TAF ( 2min) checked off. Approach Plates is greyed out, probably since I only have the VFR license for now. If I hit the options icon for Obstructions I get options in a "Terrain Alerts" window. If I hit the options icon for Terrain highlights I get the same "Terrain Alerts" option window. Shouldn't the option icon for "Obstructions" give me a window with options for Obstructions and not Terrain alerts?

And, while on the topic of the vector screen...it's all white. Is there an option to see terrain on the vector screen?

Zoom in until the "screen width" (showing in the status bar along the bottom) reads around 5 nm. They only show from 5nm wide to about 1nm wide. Since we're not sure how many people wanted to see them, we went more conservative on the display.

I'm testing it just west of Boston right now -- and am seeing about 10 fixes on the screen at once. They are the small black triangles. Perhaps we should start showing them a little further out.

Regarding the Obstruction "options", we don't have a separate "settings" for Obstructions -- it rides on top of the same "Terrain Alert" settings -- "Relaxed/Moderate/Strict", etc. We treat Obstructions, in this manner, similar to Terrain.
