I have three android devices that all run iFly and would like to have the same flight plan on all three devices - primarily for redundancy, but also so that my co-pilot can more easily call the plan up on our second tablet for review/modification while using our primary tablet in the cockpit.

Is this possible? I've searched through the forum, but wasn't able to find a definitive answer.

Thanks! Mark

That functionality is available in the current beta version that they will be releasing soon.

Correct, it's in the 9.2 release. The only requirement is you have the devices on a common a WiFi network - most ADSB devices will work perfectly for this. Access the feature by touching Flight Plan / More Options / Share With Local Devices.

Thanks!
Walter

It also works if you connect via one of the device's hotspot feature. I guess this would be considered a common WIFI network, IDK.

Why doesn't this function and other functions sync seamless between any device on the same license? This is done in so many apps these days. Everything I do with Google apps (Gmail, contacts,...) is automatically synced to all my devices. I'm new to iFly from Garmin Pilot where all my changes on one device sync with my other device. I typically do a lot of flight planning on my phone and I would like for it to be there on my tablet without repeating everything.
