Using the desktop version, I cannot select MOAs to be avoided. Every other option can be selected and successfully run, but, if I select MOAs the algorithm fails.

Do you mean that you are unable to turn on the checkbox for avoiding MOA's, or that when it is turned on that RealPlan is not able to come to a solution?  The first would be a bug (which I'm not experiencing on my Windows version), and the other is simply that there's (presumably) no route that satifies all the criteria.

It's the 2nd scenario. If I select MOAs (yes I can select it), and then try to apply Real Plan to a preset flight from KGYR to KDFW it fails with the error shown in the 2nd image. In the flight I tried to apply it to (KGYR to KDFW) there are many options to plan a route avoiding MOAs as well as everything else. If I deselect MOAs, Real Plan successfully plans the flight. Add MOAs and it fails.

this is not part of the thread issue, but I've been impressed with Real Plan.  this is a really great idea.  I will use it many times in the future.

Hi Ian, OK I understand.  RealPlan is pretty slick in the majority of cases, but sometimes it chooses some "interesting" routes (or none at all, as in your case).  Even when it finds a reasonable-looking solution, in some areas with mountains or large bodies of water, it chooses a route that a cautious pilot such as myself wouldn't fly.

My suggestion (and the suggestion in the error dialog box you took a snapshot of) is to add an intermediate waypoint(s) along your route that would "guide" RP towards the desired solution.  Conversely, you could say, well, what's the point of RealPlan if I have to help it find a solution?  I think RP probably works for some (a lot?) of people for at least a lot of the time, but...
