On the website it states the iFly GPS has approach plates and procedures. I am unable to find those anywhere in the app. Have those been removed with the latest version of the app Or am I just not looking in the right place?  

Can someone please tell me where the approach STARS, departure SIDS charts and plates plates are found in the app?

I believe those are optional at an extra cost.

If you have the IFR data subscription, one way you'll find the data you're looking for is to tap on an airport that has approaches/arrivals/departures, then in the box that pops up, tap the "View Plates" button near the bottom.  You'll get a menu with all the plates available for the airport.

If you only have the VFR data subscription, I think you will only see Airport Diagrams in this area (and of course only for airports that have diagrams).
