3D EFIS

Hi all. Just bought a new 740b and have noticed the altitude tape indicator in EFIS map mode is stuck at 19 and doesn't change. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes it's a Ping with a USB plug in.

Make sure your software is up to date and then go to Menu -> Setup -> Units of Measure, and uncheck Pressure Altitude Support. Let me know that fixes it.
