That's the answer.
VORs don't automatically realign themselves with magnetic north. They have to be manually recalibrated and the process is not simple. There are VORs that have not been recalibrated for more than a decade and, with the FAA beginning to phase many of them out, there are those that will never be recalibrated again.
GPS navigators, whether iFly or any others, are telling you the actual magnetic course between two VOR locations, not the VOR radial. A discrepancy between the two is normal and to be expected.
