Don checked the records for mine and said it is transmitting a SIL of 0.

So, how do you configure the Skyguard TWX to do SIL "0" ---?

(Oh, I still cannot change my transponder code from the iFly 740 ----- I have to do it from the iFly App on the iPad -- then it tranfers the squawk code to the iFly)

You would have to return it to Don and have him reflash the firmware.

This was recently issued by the FAA on non-certified ADS-B units.

If I'm interpreting that correctly, it says that by late 2015 the ground stations will broadcast all traffic to all ADS-B in units to eliminate the need for non-compliant ADS-B out units. Is that correct?

EDIT: After reading the FAA document a few more times, I have revised my interpretation and posted in a subsequent post on the next page of this thread.
