Does anyone know what format the GPS log is? I'd like to convert the file to a KML file but until I figure out what format iFly uses, I can't do the conversion....and maybe even then I won't be able to do it. My goal is to be able to produce a 3D map of a flight.

It is standard NMEA data.

Thanks,
Walter

Don

Don't remember where I found gpsvisualizer.com, here or somewhere else.

I use http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/ to convert the .log file to an kml.

In the 'Track Options', change 'Altitude Mode' to Absolute.

I also change Waypoint Options to Altitude Mode also, don't know if I need too though.
