Is it just me or has anyone else noticed changes in NexRad precipitation indications, and I'm not just thinking of the new gray coloring?  In the past green really meant that you would have rain drops on the windscreen.  Lately green returns don't really indicate drizzle or light showers at all. You can fly through them and stay very dry.  Checking METAR weather info at various airports right in the middle of green have no mention of any precip.  I don't think that iFly has anything to do with this, but rather its most likely the source.

I wish it depicted snow and rain differently. They both seem to show up as green. Or am I just missing something?
