I know this has come up before on other specific VOR approaches, but I keep running in to VOR approaches where the transition for the approach isn't available in the flight plan when you load the procedure. This results in the flight plan simply dead ending into the airport with no regard for the proper VOR approach path. Examples of this in my area include...KDHN VOR 14 and VOR 18, PNS VOR 08, KMVC VOR 03 and VOR 21, KBFM VOR 14, VOR 18 and VOR 32. All of these have IAF transitions or course reversals that are being ignored by the flight planner when those procedures are selected.
Examples of where it's done correctly (in my area) would include the KCEW VOR A, KMGM VOR A, and the KMOB VOR A which actually has two possible transitions. For all of these, the flight planner appears to depict the approach path and/or course reversal properly when this approach is selected.
I recommend a scrub of your VOR approaches to ensure IAF transitions are properly accounted for.
I have become a big fan of IFly EFB and one of the reasons is the ability to provide feedback to the team. Keep up the great work.
