I flew several approaches today. On one of them, the RNAV 06 into 12J (Brewton), the geo-reference is quite off and should be fixed.  If you look at 12J on the low enroute chart, the location of the airport is correct, however when if you overlay the plate for RNAV06, you'll see that it's off by a signigicant amount...the plate being shifted SSW of where it should be.
