AV Input to 740b efforts

I have been trying to get a digital video image from the AV input port on the 740b. Close but not yet usable. I found the 4 ring connector and am using a digital CCVT bullet style camera. Camera is : CNDST Model DST-190CW System NTSC/ f2.8 PWR 12vdc . . The image will come thru on the ifly but appears to be "NOT IN SYNC" with the device scan rate. I have a video of that results but to large to upload. Contact me and I will send that to you. 12vdc to the camera does activate and remove the image as expected. Am interested in using this set up for a taxi camera . Anyone know of a setting or method to get that image sync'd . or maybe this camera is just not suitable for ifly s AV input. Any ideas ? Also would like to know if anyone has a camera set up working successfully.

AFAIK there is one guy who built his Sonex and put a generic chinese backup camera in as a taxi camera. Hopefully he's in here. Have you joined our FB group? I know he posted in there fairly recently, let me see if i can find it.
