Agree, this what I usually end up doing. It would be really nice if ifly could integrate with Google, I'm sure there is some developer interface. I think the hard part would be defining the airport location so that it measures distance from the GA tie-downs or FBO rather than the center of the airport. At the map overlay level, there could be an icon if Google returns a restaurant within a user defined distance if the FBO. You could then select the airport and in addition to typical airport info, it could display the list of airports with their hours, cuisine, number of stars, phone number, etc as provided by the Google interface.
