Well, I'm disappointed.  I was expecting to see some eagles flying around or at least a couple of smoke signals coming off some mountain peaks.   I just did my monthly data updaes and noticed the date for the aviation data base:  12/31/1600.  I bet the aviation data base (and sectionals) back then looked a lot better before the FAA got ahold of it.  Anyway, talking about dates, why is the date shown every month when I do updates on my iFly 700, is 2009/02/17?  Or is that some sort of satalite time format?  -  Jim Williams

I just updated my iPad charts and I'm not seeing any weird dates. Maybe you should update again and see what happens.
