Hi AP - Now that I'm up dating four devices every month, I wonder if there is a way, or could there be a way to down load the data once, save it on my laptop or memory stick, and then up date all of my devices from my saved data? I have been downloading and saving my data to seperate folders (Sectional Charts, TAC, Airport Diagrams, Air Data Base, etc.) on my laptop and then transfering the zip files to my iFly 700 using a memory stick. My windows iFly GPS and my 2 Android devices are of course updated thru their apps. This means that I am making four times how many data packets there are each month. I never worried about this before because I have had unlimited data, but now my internet provider has placed a cap on the amount of data I can down each month. Also, I realize that my down loading the data four times must put a strain on AP's server. So, how about it? Could a way be devised so that I download the data once and then load it to all of my devices? Thanks. - Jim Williams P.S. Also, could the zipped data packets be named differently? Like 'Sectional', 'TAC', 'AP Diagrams', etc. That way, I could make one big data download and still transfer the data using my memory stick. My iFly 700 doesn't like too big of data packets. Thanks again!
