I don't think so. The FAA has an "interactive ADS-B" page here (http://www.faa.gov/nextgen/flashmap/). After the page loads, click the ADS-B button on the left side, then make sure the "Radio Stations" button at the top is selected. Looks like there are some sites near the TX and OK panhandles, but not much to the east of there yet.

One of the things I looked into when purchasing the iFly was the price, which is fantastic. However, these ADS-B recievers seem a little step and impractical. They both require a external power simliar to the iFly. If the plane I'm flying has no cigarette adapaters or only one, it doesn't seem like this will help. Some of the iFly competitors have XM adapters for a cost between 600-800.

Just my two cents and hope these ADS-B recievers happen to be cheaper or there are alternatives. A sweet spot is in the 500-650 range.

The amperage draw for both should allow a power plug splitter to be used to power both devices. The price for weather is a bit steep but in my estimation worth the peace of mind. I think prices over time will likely drop to 500 - 600 range. First adopters generally pay a price penalty.

I looked at the Radenna and NavWorx receivers at Oshkosh. The NavWorx was nicer looking and I think less expensive but I bought the Radenna.

The Radenna receiver will pass traffic information and the NavWorx won't. I understand the limitations of traffic in a plane with no ADS-B out but wanted the capability anyways. And some day (before 2020) the plane may have an ADS-B out on 1090 which should give us full traffic.

Yesterday we tried the Radenna receiver with their application running on an iPad. We had scattered rain and thunderstorms in the area and we could look out the window and see the weather and look at the iPad and see the cells.

The plane has one power jack. I use an inexpensive splitter. The jack is 28V so I'm going to need a converter to use the iFly battery. Converters are available for $30.

An iFly, ADS-B receiver, and IFR charts from Adventure Pilot costs a whole lot less than a Garmin with XM weather and a subscription

I'm looking forward to the iFly update.
