One thing that changed, I think, is that if you're on a flight plan that takes a non direct route for some reason, and you're given a more direct route (by ATC?) later, you can go "Diredt To" whatever they give you, bypassing items in your original flight plan, but those waypoints are now not removed.  At least that what I think now happens.  Someone that's sure should chime in here soon.

That's a good short answer.  Thanks Mike.

DirectTo a *future* waypoint is the aspect of this feature that was changed.   If you are just doing DirectTo the current target waypoint, this functionality is unchanged.

Also, when you select to go DirectTo a future waypoint, it no longer prompts you with a question "are you sure?"..  Instead now it just does it, and on the Flight Plan form, the top-right button will now read "Restore", which will restore your flight plan in case the Direct To future waypoint was a mistake, or you decide, for any other reason to revert to your original flight plan.

We also added another option under Flight Plan => Load, called "Reload {Current}", which makes it very easy to restore your original loaded flight plan with 3 easy taps, just-in-case, rather than having to find your current flight plan inside the larger list of all flight plans.

We hope you like these enhancements, or at least that you don't mind them. :)
