I wonder if anyone has a problem with electrical interference when operating the dedicated Ifly unit? I am using the 700 and cig power source. When the cord traverses the cockpit, I find I have a lot of electrical interference which goes away when I unplug the unit. I have not noticed this when I power other devices with the cig source.

Does the Ifly 700 support the streets software? I may not be able to use it in my cockpit. sigh But I do love the ipad ifly app

Get a ferrite choke similar to this to clamp around the power cord:

I had the same problem, and this was the fix.

Be sure to get one that fits your cable. Radio Shack sells them and you can take the cord in with you for sizing.
