Hello Shane,

I purchased a new I-Pad mini yesterday and I am trying to register it with my account. I de-registered the Google Nexus that I was using and then downloaded the app onto the I-Pad. When I went to the menu to register the I-Pad, it shows that it is registered but when I access the app, I get a message that I have begun a 30-day trial. I thought that I could have two devices on the account besides the actual 700. Is there something that I need to do to get the mini to register to my account? Thanks and looking forward to seeing you guys at Oshkosh in a few weeks.

Hi Sam,

I'm not sure why your Android was working, but I checked your account - it looks like you just need to purchase the Multi-Platform option for your subscription ($20 per year). This let's you share your subscription across up to 3 different devices.

Hi Walter,

I don't know how the Android was working either but I note that I frequently had issues with it connecting to the Dual gps puck so maybe that explains why that was happening; it wasn't supposed to (LOL). I have been having some issue with the screen on my 700 lately. I've calibrated it and it did get better but I am wondering if the screen needs to be replaced. Are you all offering any specials at KOSH on refurb 720's? It might be time for an upgrade. I will be there on July 25 - 28. Thanks.
