Winds have gone away

I can't see winds aloft any more on my iPhone or Android devices. The surface wind barbs show up the map and the altitude planning feature works fine (and shows the winds at altitude). My issue is that the 'Winds' screen accessed from the Airport Wx option is greyed out. Selecting 'Winds' produces "No Winds Aloft in Vicinity'. I tried TKI, DAL and DFW with the same results. What's up?
