What is the format of the .log files generated for flight history??

This is the best I can guess

$GPRMC,HHMMSS,?,Lat,N/S,Lon,E/W,SPEED(kph),HEADING,DDMMYY,?,?
$GPGGA,HHMMSS,Lat,N/S,LOG,E/W,?,?,?,alt(meters),M(for meters?),?,?,?,?

I am trying to work with a few websites to accept the format for uploading your flight data

They are in NMEA format. You can convert them to GPX or KML with the GPS Visualizer site.
