I don't think I can tell you how much I like the new 740! The version 9 software makes this system very friendly - the pop up information boxes put commonly needed information only a button push or two away. This alone makes the iFly much more convenient for pulling information in flight.
The overlays for weather, traffic, and fuel and obstructions are downright convenient.
Have I mentioned that the new screen is really BRIGHT? I am headed to the airport to get this box into my panel for a test flight.
