As a tech guy I have a fair number of tablet and/or phone devices around the house that I mess around with. I realize that I can only have my iFly subscription active on three devices at once, which is great, but is there any way to know which devices my subscription is currently using? I've tried detaching my account from most of the devices I have and then re-attaching, but it still says that I'm running up against the three device limit when I can only think of two devices that are actually currently registered with my account info.

What is your account email? I'll check up on it for you and then send you the list of ID's that are currently registered.

Brian,

I'm actually having the same problem on my third device (Phone). I've removed and re-installed the app and it takes my log-in info, but still only gives me the 5 minute usage.

Is there a way I can send you my account email privately?

If anyone is having this sort of trouble, please email me your account name to:
brian@adventurepilot.com

The latest release of iPad has forced a change to DeviceID's which has caused an issue for licensing. This issue is easily fixed by us just deleting the previous registered Device ID's.

After we do this, then to restore your subscription to your devices, select "Menu => Register/Subscribe", and type in your email and password.
