Good advice for all iPad users. These are a great asset when it does what you want. But it is also a huge distraction when it does not. Remember, your first job is to aviate. You need to spend a lot of easy chair time learning your way around the app and the iPad. There are several ways to do the same action; you need to explore them all. I have found it a great tool that teaches me what I do not know on every flight.
