Hi Chris,

If the FBO has a slow broadband, the iFly Connect would be slow too. It has to download the same data to the iFly SDcard through the same broadband as it would use downloading to the USB stick.
And if you just want to update weather and TFRs even on a slow broadband that should be pretty quick. A few minutes at most. Nothing like 15 minutes unless there's something really weird going on.

That said, I too do like iFly Connect much better. As you say, it's a one-step instead of two step process, etc.
