Hi Bill, welcome back.
Are you getting that error when you try and apply the update? If so, that probably means the account you used to create the update package is associated with a different iFly. We can fix this...if will shoot an email to support@adventurepilot.com with your serial number, login name, etc, we will get it fixed. (I wouldn't post that info on the forum)
By the way, you should look into iFly Connect - it's a super easy way to update your iFly.
