Yep, that's an option for a future model, but that does not really help the existing iFly owners. In addition, shadows, yokes, and other objects might get infront of it and cause the screen to dim when you really don't want it to. Good feedback.

While you're at it, put a vibrator inside so we can FEEL when there's an alert.

No, really. With the speaker audio turned all the way up and with the 720 mounted on the yoke, the Alert warning from the speakers can be felt in your hands. Just not very strongly. If it was stronger, like a cell phone on vibrate, it would be a good alerting method in addition to the existing sound and visual alerts we already have.
