I replaced my stock 150 plastic with a one piece upper and lower panel recently. Part of this upgrade involved installing an IFly 700 in the panel. It uses the external antenna mounted on the glareshield. The unit is attached with some velcro strips on the back held onto a bracket which is angled slightly left about 10 degrees to face the pilot. The antenna goes through a hole in the bracket which it is velcroed to. The unit is removable so I dont have to keep it inside the airplane all the time.

I lose a very slight amount of brightness due to the angle, but its minimal and has turned out to be a very professional and great looking solution to where to mount this great piece of hardware. Here is a pic of this awesome addition to my panel.

Thats a great looking panel, would love to see of the rest of your airplane is as pristine as the panel.
