Perhaps the Chart (and iFly version if WiFi is available) update reminder could be incorporated into the same ***Warnings*** Page. Maybe split it into two sections. One side would have the legal "Securely store this GPS..." page, the other would have warnings that Charts within 200 miles of your current or last known location are out of date, Charts more than 200 miles of your location are out of date. Current Version installed in iFly is XX.XX, a new version YY.YY (or "No WiFi available to check) is available. Acknowledgement buttons for either and both warnings to clear some or all of the messages.
